Safai- Daanto ki sahi dekh baal ki sabse jaruri hai daanto ki safai karna. Ek vyakti ko subah uthne ke baad aur raat ko sone se pahle daanto ko jarur se saaf karna chahiye. Kai log raat ko daat saaf karna pasand nahi karte hai par raat ko daanto ko safai karna bahut jaruri hota hai.


Toothpaste- Daanto ke liye hamesha se ek accche toothpaste ka use karna chahiye. Ager aap daanto ki samasya se gujar rahe to aapko sirf Colgate hi use karna chahiye. Closeup aur Colgate Maxfresh  jaise gel paste to kabhi bhi daanto ke liye use nahi karna chahiye kuki in paste me mint se jyada chini(sugar) hota hai. Sugar hamare daanto ke dushman hota hai.
